Joyce Conlon has
been an active committee member with Marlborough Day since 1984.
She has served as chairperson of various committees within
Marlborough Day – entertainment, parade, t-shirts, program,
announcer, Co-Chair and Chairman. Her past volunteers hours have
earned her the prestigious awards of Volunteer of the Year (State of
Maryland) and Volunteer of the Year (Calvert County). Those who
have benefited from her time include boy scouts, girl scouts, local
police departments and churches. She has served as Town
Commissioner (Town of Upper Marlboro) and currently works for Prince
George's County Police Department, sells Mary Kay Cosmetics and is
an active real estate agent with Century 21 Comstock Earnest, Inc.
in Waldorf. We are thrilled to have Joyce with us again this year!

Ron Perkins: Ron
is serving as Co-chair to our festival and has participated on the
committee since 1981. He has served in other such capacities
as Treasurer and working at the information booth. Ron is
proud to be serving again as Co-chair and working with the other
committee volunteers. Ron is also active in many other volunteer
organizations such as Lions Club, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons,
Elks Club and Roblee Citizens Association.
